Habitus Mind
Forms are a tax on remembering things. Habitus Mind lets you describe something in plain words or a photo, and files it for you.
How it started
I built it in Kuala Lumpur for myself first: my contacts, my health data and my money in one place, instead of five apps and a drawer of name cards. Then friends and family with the same problem asked for accounts.
What it is
Habitus Mind is a login-gated personal system for the parts of a life that usually go untracked, or get tracked badly in several places. Six modules today: Fitness, Finance, Network Tracker, Numerology, Debrief and Council.
Network Tracker is the wedge. Photograph a name card or the person, or say who you met, and it builds the contact card. Meet them again and the encounter merges into the same record with a dated history. Fitness logs weight, meals and workouts from a sentence. Finance is a ledger and budget with import and duplicate detection. Debrief is a twenty-minute daily reflection. Council is six independent AI advisors who review each other anonymously.
Access is invite only and free during this phase. Accounts are opened by hand, one at a time, from a request on the site or over WhatsApp.
My part
I founded it and built it myself, on Cloudflare, with AI models doing the extraction. Every feature started as a chore in my own week.
One lesson
People will not fill in forms. They will talk. Build the capture around that and the data takes care of itself.
